Employers / Dental Clinics
How does it work? Once you download and register your dental clinic, you are ready to post your first job. You can do so by clicking the + symbol in top right corner of the Jobs tab. Fill in all the details and post. You can choose if you wish to post a single listing ($21.99 USD / $29.99 CAD) or subscribe for unlimited listings ($46.99 USD / $59.99 CAD for one office location). You will see below your job posting if you have any matches and applicants. Matches are candidates we have selected for you – to view their full profile/resume, please invite them to apply. View your applicants list, click through to view their full profile and send a message. In messenger, you can chat, see if you connect and then offer an interview via the (…) on the top right menu. Scheduled interviews or work days will appear in the calendar. That’s it, a quick and easy way to find your next worker bee!
Why a dental jobs app? We are dental professionals, and we know how hard it is to find the right team member. We have spent so much time on non-dental websites searching for candidates, only to be bombarded by applicants with no experience. We wanted to create a place where dental professionals can connect directly.
What are the employee verification badges? When an employee submits their license/certificate or reference on dentalhive.ca, we will review it and follow up to ensure that it is legitimate. We will notify candidates when their license needs renewal and request them to submit an up to date certification to continue with a verification badge. We will complete a reference soft check to confirm the details given and to ensure that it was a positive recommendation prior to verifying.
Can multiple users have access to my clinic account? Yes, you can use your main business email to register and then add “linked emails” for any team member you would also like to access your profile (e.g. your office manager).
How is my data stored? Your security is important to us. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to safely store your data. Your payment information if securely processed using Apple Pay (iPhone) and Google Pay (Android).
Employees / Job Seekers
How does it work? Register your profile, upload your current license, certificates and reference information. You are then ready search for jobs! Filter by job type, distance and keywords. Once you find a clinic that gets you buzzed, apply! In messenger, you can chat and see if you connect. The employer can schedule an interview or work day. Scheduled interviews or work days will appear in the calendar. That’s it, a quick and easy way to find your next dental hive!
